工作职责:
Position Summary
Astronergy is seeking an experienced solar professional for Nordics regions. He/She shall lead all sales activities to drive the growth of our solar pv module business in Northern Europe, especially Nordic regions. He/She will develop, maintain and grow Astronergy network of clients in the region, organize events and promote Astronergy products to increase sales revenue and market share in the related key accounts across Northern Europe.
Main Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Increase network of key clients and maintain trusted relationships with customers.
- Identify, qualify, engage, secure and grow key accounts in Northern Europe.
- Actively generate leads in Northern Europe and maintain a sales pipeline in the CRM system.
- Develop relationships among key customers to support the growth of our key clients and stakeholder partners.
- Implement Astronergy’s sales plan and achieve revenue targets.
- Team-up closely with technical and marketing teams to support client needs and grow revenue.
- Develop GTM strategy for Northern Europe and realistic sales targets in collaboration with the HQ side.
- Manage the entire sales process from customer acquisition until delivery and payments.
- Monitor the market – gain the ability to make reliable forecasts.
- Represent Astronergy regularly at trade fairs and conferences.
- Organize with marketing team campaigns and events in North Europe.
- Organize with technical team roadshows, webinars, conferences and customer trainings.
Qualification Requirements:
· At least 3 years of work experience in PV industry.
· Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders.
· Strong interpersonal skills, able to influence peers and interact with the rest of the team.
· Solid experience with MS Office and CRM.
· Excellent analytical, listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Fluent in English, any other North European language will be considered an advantage.
· Results-oriented and customer-oriented with a hunting attitude.
· Willingness to travel frequently (50% of the time or more).
